2. ELIGIBILITY

By using ZARVYON SECURITY, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use the application
• You provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You will use the platform lawfully

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users remain responsible for:

• Internet connectivity

• Device permissions and operating system settings

• Hike Mode
• Travel Mode
• Fall detection
• Incident detection
• Automatic emergency alerts

Automatic systems may not detect every emergency or dangerous situation.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PURCHASES, AND CREDITS

Certain features may require:

• Premium subscriptions
• In-app purchases
• SOS credits
• Paid safety services

Payments are processed through official marketplaces such as Google Play.

7. PROHIBITED USES

Users may not use ZARVYON SECURITY to:

8. LOCATION AND EMERGENCY DATA

ZARVYON SECURITY does not provide continuous social location tracking. Location-related information may be processed only:

• During active SOS events
• During active safety sessions
• When Hike Mode is explicitly enabled

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Service functionality may depend on:

• Internet connectivity
• GPS signal quality
• Third-party infrastructure
• Operating system behavior
• Device hardware conditions

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ZARVYON SECURITY is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The platform may not detect every dangerous or emergency situation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZARVYON SECURITY shall not be liable for:

• Delayed notifications
• GPS inaccuracies
• Missed detections
• Infrastructure outages
• Third-party service failures
• Network interruptions

In life-threatening emergencies, users should immediately contact official emergency services.

13. TERMINATION
